For something wilder, Stadt Moers Park sits just over the Whiston border — a sprawling country park of grassland, ponds and old railway lines where a confident dog can really stretch their legs.

The Trans Pennine Trail threads right through Prescot too, a traffic-free green route that's ideal for longer, safe explores away from the roads. We rotate these spots to keep walks interesting, and always plan the route around your dog's energy and pace rather than ours.
